The Gossip Girl star has her kids, Hermes, 8 and Helena, 6 for the summer. The trio have been soaking in the cultural scene in N.Y.C together. Rutherford and ex-husband have been in a contentious custody battle for the last six years. “Rutherford and Giersch currently share custody, but a judge sent Hermes and Helena to live with their father in Monaco and France in 2012 because his U.S. visa had been revoked…For now, the kids are on American soil, staying with their mother during the summer.”
