Songwriter Josh Kelley and actress Katherine Heigl are welcoming their third child named Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr. “Naleigh and Adalaide could not be more excited to welcome their new sibling into the fold, and Josh and I are overflowing with joy and gratitude,” Heigl said in a recent interview to People’s magazine.
