Wynonna Judd had a medical emergency over the weekend that caused her to cancel her concert Saturday night, Sept. 30th. Prior to her performance at Aura nightclub in Portland, Maine, her production manager came to the stage to announce that Judd would be unable to perform. No word on what the medical emergency was or if Judd will be able to continue her tour.
