Rapper Fredo Santana has died at his home in Los Angeles; he was 27. Santana’s real name was Derrick Coleman. Lt. David Smith, a spokesman for the coroner’s office said he died at his residence around 11 p.m. Friday. The cause of the Chicago rapper’s death is now being attributed to a seizure he suffered at home, but Smith said the autopsy for the Chicago-born Santana was pending. In October, Santana posted on his verified Instagram account that he was being treated for liver and kidney failure. Santana is best known for his appearance in the video for Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home.”
