A woman who claims singer Trey Songz choked and hit her in a jealous rage last month is speaking out – and according to her attorney, they want Songz arrested. Andrea Buera, 27, described the alleged assault in her first public comments Tuesday, appearing alongside lawyer Lisa Bloom. Buera said of the alleged Feb. 17 assault, “I was attending an afterparty when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me, and ultimately he knocked me to the ground. While I was on the ground, he continued punching me, and he did not stop until his security pulled him off of me. People stood and watched, and some scurried away,” she said. “When I called an Uber, he threw my phones over a cliff.” Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, is cooperating with authorities, his lawyer Shawn Holley said Tuesday. Last week, a Los Angeles judge ordered Neverson to stay at least 100 yards away from Buera and not attempt to contact her directly.
