Detroit Lions defensive end Ezekiel Ansah has broken former Dallas Cowboys star Randy White’s Thanksgiving Day career sack record with his third-quarter takedown of Chicago Bears quarterback Chase Daniel.
The Lions drafted Ansah with the fifth overall pick back in 2013, and his best performance came on Thanksgiving Day 2015, when he recorded 3.5 sacks against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Lions posted on their official Twitter page “Most sacks in #Thanksgiving day history: @Ziggy_Ansah !”
