Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz underwent a scan on his back that was inconclusive, and is now scheduled to undergo an MRI on Thursday to help determine what is causing the back injury that has bothered him for the last few weeks,
According to Eagles coach Doug Pederson Wentz is experiencing “soreness” and “tightness” in his back and he wasn’t able to practice Wednesday, saying, “we’re going to rest him and continue to evaluate him and make sure he’s good.” Pederson wouldn’t give any further information about if Wentz would be able to go against the Los Angeles Rams, only saying they would take it a day at a time.
