On Thursday morning, an MRI exam revealed a ruptured quad tendon for Indiana Pacers shooting guard Victor Oladipo, who left Wednesday night’s game against the Toronto Raptors in the second quarter. The injury will see him miss the remainder of the season.

Oladipo played in only 10 minutes before being stretchered off the floor and replaced by Bojan Bogdanovic. Raptors forward Pascal Siakam was undercut by Oladipo during the play, soon realizing he had slipped and required medical attention, at which point his teammates rushed to his aid. He received a standing ovation from fans as he was carted off the floor on a stretcher and responded by waving to the crowd.

Despite losing Oladipo in the second quarter in Wednesday’s game, the Pacers defeated the Raptors 110-106 to move to 32-15 on the season. They are third in the Eastern Conference.
