Rapper Fabolous will avoid jail time in his domestic violence case after accepting a plea deal. His attorney, Brian Neary, said that the charges against his client will be dismissed once he completes a “pre-trial intervention program” and stays out of trouble for a year.
The rapper had been facing up to 20 years behind bars after a grand jury indicted him in October 2018 on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and a count of possession of a weapon. Fabolous attacked Emily B, the mother of his two kids, and her father during a heated row. The couple are still together.
