Juelz Santana pleaded not guilty to drug and gun charges stemming from an incident at the Newark Airport last week. The rapper is expected to appear in court on April 9. Last week authorities revealed that they found a loaded .38-caliber handgun in Santana’s carry-on bag. Airport personnel also said that they found oxycodone pills that Santana did not have prescription for. Santana allegedly fled the scene after learning that his carry-on bag has been confiscated, leaving two bags behind. A day later, Santana turned himself in to the authorities. Santana is required to stay in jail while investigation is still ongoing. The rapper nor his rep have yet to release a statement regarding the incident.
