Proud to head back to Iowa tomorrow to campaign with my friend Joe. I’m not endorsing Joe because I’ve known him for so long, but because I know him so well: he'll be ready on day one to put back together the country and the world that Donald Trump has broken apart.

Former Secretary of State John Kerry is endorsing Joe Biden for president. The endorsement on Thursday comes as the former vice president touts his international experience as a key contrast with President Donald Trump. Biden has released an online ad highlighting a video of world leaders mocking Trump at a Buckingham Palace reception held alongside the NATO summit this week. But a Thursday event in New Hampton, Iowa, also shows that foreign policy isn’t a seamless issue for Biden. The 77-year-old candidate got into a testy exchange with a voter who challenged him over his son Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine.
