Ty Dolla $ign has been indicted for felony cocaine possession in Atlanta, and is facing a 15-year sentence if convicted.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper was hit with 3 counts in Fulton County, GA — felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed. Drug laws are way stiffer in Georgia, and if convicted, Ty Dolla could get up to 15 years in prison.
As previously reported, Ty and his entourage were pulled over in September after the authorities smelled marijuana coming from their vehicle. When police conducted a search, Ty$ was arrested.
