The Dallas Cowboys have made Randy Gregory will still be a member of the team all the way through 2020 after extending the defensive end’s contract.
Gregory was suspended indefinitely in February by the NFL for violating the league’s substance abuse policy and the terms of his conditional reinstatement. Gregory missed all but two games in the 2016 season and sat out the 2017 campaign due to suspension. With this latest open-ended punishment, the team cannot be sure he’ll see the field at all in 2019. Nevertheless the Cowboys have made a commitment to Gregory.
Gregory compiled six sacks, 22 tackles, and two forced fumbles in 14 appearances in 2018.
